This tool is used for measuring the retro-reflectivity of pavement marking & signages. It measures or determines how bright the markings appear at night to motorists.
This instrument is also capable of accurately and reliably measuring the retro-reflection properties of road signs and retro-reflective sheeting materials.
The real-life scenarios of different entrance and observation angles are created in the instrument for the matrix angles given in the standards.
The coefficient of retro reflection of sign sheets for different standard angles can be measured.
